You retain full ownership of any content, arguments, texts, or structured points you create using Pointful.

When you use the sharing feature of Pointful to export your arguments as static images, you accept sole and absolute responsibility for what you share publicly (e.g., on social media, messaging platforms, or other channels).

Pointful features a share mechanism that allows you to export your arguments as images. You agree that you will not use this feature to generate or distribute content that:

Any public distribution of images generated by the App is your sole responsibility. The developer of Pointful is not responsible for any repercussions arising from content you decide to share.

Pointful includes a tagging system that allows you to label points as "fact" or "opinion" (or similar designations).

Please note: These labels are entirely user-applied. Pointful and its developer do not verify, endorse, or audit the accuracy, validity, or truthfulness of any "fact" label or any content created inside the App.

The presence of a "fact" label on any exported image is a self-assertion by the user and must not be taken as an objective, verified, or independent verification of truth.

These Terms are concluded between you and the developer of Pointful only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

The developer is solely responsible for Pointful and its content, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

Your use of the App must also comply with the terms of service of the platform from which you downloaded it (i.e., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The developer makes no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely secure or error-free.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, India.
